Cut each sausage into 4 pieces and fry over a medium heat, turning occasionally, for 5 mins.
Remove and set aside.
Add the oil, onion and pepper, fry for 4 mins, then stir in the garlic and paprika and cook for 1 minute more.
Add the tomatoes, then stir in the rice and stock.
Simmer for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
